Since the beginning of 2020 we have been converting vans into tiny homes on wheels and are pleased to now offer client builds, we believe we have prepared the perfect formula for fair and effective packages that will help our clients get on the road for less.

Please take a look at the bottom of this page to get an example on our style and layouts which are customisable to your needs.

With all our builds we tend to follow a method which are based on similar templates. Each offering a huge difference in space and practicality, by following our blueprints we can keep builds flexible and provide accurate quotes based on material and labour cost.

Each build is broken into 3 phases to help reduce the cost of labour for those looking for a part build.

HOW TO GET STARTED

All client builds start with a FREE consultation, this often answers all questions you might have, we can also run through an adaptable price.

Once you have booked in your build slot we put all our energy into you and your build, We invite our new clients to a chatting service either on Whatsapp, Facebook or imessage, which will provide full communication and updates throughout the build service to give you total control of the process. We also take care of ALL of the shopping so you don’t have to.

The next step is finding your dream VAN! although exciting this can often be the hardest part of the process which is why we can step in and offer our knowledge in researching for a van at no extra cost.

Once you have found your van, it is just a matter of dropping of your van so that designing can begin!

PAY IN 3: As we mentioned above we split the building journey into 3 phases which means your labour cost can either be paid upfront OR split evenly and paid at the beginning of each phase, however, we do ask that material costs is always paid before purchases are made.

Once you have supplied your van and set aside a budget for materials cost here is an example of what to expect for us to build your camper for you.

SMALL VANS: Often referred to as a Micro-Camper. Suitable for one-two occupants based on vehicles such as Fiat Scudo, Citroen Dispatch, peugeot expert, VW caddy, Berlingo. Prices Range between £2000-£4000 for this category BUILD PERIOD: 3-4 weeks.

MID-SIZED VANS: Vans that fall under this category and are typically H1 models, we convert all types of vans, popular models are as follows, Ford Transit, Mercedes Vito, VW T5, Fiat Ducato, Citroen Relay and Peugeot Boxer. We charge between £3500-£6000 labour for this category (we also don’t charge VAT!). BUILD PERIOD: 3weeks-6weeks

LARGER VANS: If you can stand up in your van without slouching this likely falls under this category, to simplify, these models include H2, H3, H4 and L2, L3, L4. You may be familiar with these keywords as you will likely find this in the listing when searching for a van. We charge from £4000 and does NOT exceed £9000. BUILD PERIOD: typically 6weeks -12weeks full time.

MATERIAL COSTS:

Material costs are calculated separately to labour costs, we receive huge discounts from building merchants and leisure outlets which can save hundreds if not thousands depending on your requirements. We also upholster all our van cushions in house which has saved us over £600 per van, we also receive discounts from the likes of B&Q, Wickes and MORE!

Below is an example of what we would expect materials to cost on all categories based on our building experience and our layouts, but please note that inflation may effect these:

SMALL VANS: £1500-£3000 for materials

MID-SIZED VANS: £3000-£5000 for materials

LARGER VANS: £4000-£8,000 for materials

Incase you don’t need a fully functional off grid camper and require a more simple set up, the prices above can drop substantially. we are open to accommodate all needs and budgets!
